Did you know that Stanton College Preparatory School offers students an amazing array of Advance Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) programming with well over 50 courses? During the month of May, the students complete their end-of-course AP/IB exams, which are proctored by our volunteers -- like you!

This is your opportunity to support the AP/IB program here at Stanton by proctoring an exam. It’s easy, and your assistance is absolutely vital. We have hundreds of students taking these exams and we need your support. Please note that you (parent/guardian) cannot proctor an exam that your student is taking. But don't worry! There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer and support our Stanton family. The list of exams is organized by day below this article.

Our students are our most important resources. YOU can help. Ubuntu! Volunteers are needed throughout the month of May. In the past, many parents requested we give more advance notice in order to arrange time off work or child care, if needed. Once you have followed the online enrollment process, do you can sign up as a proctor.  Once schedules are released, we will makes dates and details of the type of exams and number of proctors needed for each exam.

Proctors ensure that correct procedures are followed during testing. If you are interested in reading more about the proctoring process, you can go to the College Board website here.

If you have any question, contact our volunteer coordinator.
Note: all proctors have to have gone through the volunteer approval process with Duval County School Board see link above. YOU WILL BE TURNED BACK WHEN YOU CHECK IN THE DAY OF THE EXAM if you are not current with your DCPS volunteer status. Please make sure your volunteer status is up to date.
